Jennifer Weaver Kondracki, Chairman of the Board/Co-Owner
Jennifer is a seasoned business professional with a proven executive management track record in the transportation industry. As an Owner & the CEO of Warren Transport, Inc. / Weave Industries, Jennifer is responsible for all facets of the business and leads the vision and overall direction of the organization. Prior to her CEO role, she successfully oversaw marketing, corporate development, human resources, and commercial real estate development. Before working for Warren Transport, Jennifer spent a decade working in the software industry managing market development for Lucent Technologies’ Kenan software line and then global software marketing programs for CSG Systems International. She collaborated with functional teams, partners and analysts across the globe to develop and roll out product launches, marketing campaigns, events and sales tools. Her market development efforts successfully produced technically complex sales opportunities in excess of $500M. Jennifer currently sits on the Big Sky Economic Development Corporate Board, the Lockwood TEDD Advisory Board, and the Legacy Captive Insurance Board. She has been a member of Junior League International for over 10 years. She holds a BA in Psychology and Economics from Wellesley College graduating with Honors, Cum Laude and First Year Academic Distinction. She is married to Brian and has two children, Alexa and James.

Jeri Weaver Kelley, Board President/Co-Owner
Jeri is Owner and President of Warren Transport Inc. / Weave Industries where she is responsible for guiding the executive team across multiple divisions and departments. Jeri grew up working summers in the family business and joined the Weave Industries’ Board of Directors in 2018. She has a strong entrepreneurial background thanks to leading strategic teams at both small and large corporations. Prior to Weave Industries, Jeri held leadership positions at Oracle Technologies and multiple start-up organizations. During her time at Oracle, she helped global manufacturing businesses expand their footprint into the world of ecommerce. Jeri is actively involved in the community volunteering with local non-profits such as Billings TrailNet, managing her kid’s soccer team, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Billings. Jeri holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana. She is married to Chris and has two children, Andrew and Bridget.

Dan Gold, Board Treasurer/Chief Commercial Officer, CCO
Dan Gold is an experienced executive with over 15 years of financial expertise. As Warren Transport Inc. / Weave Industries’ Chief Commercial Officer, Dan has a deep and overarching knowledge of the company and is responsible for overseeing commerce between Weave Industries and its customers, vendors and key stakeholders. During his tenure, he also served as CFO and was responsible for a very successful financial management strategy that has resulted in significant cost savings and greatly enhanced operational performance. Prior to Warren Transport, Dan held prominent financial and analytical roles at Stillwater Mining Company and worked as an investment banker for Q Advisors in Denver, CO where he completed M&A, private equity and debt transactions totaling nearly a billion dollars in value. Dan received his BS in Economics with a double major in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dan was raised in Billings, MT.

Lonnie Wallace, Board Member/Chief Operations Officer, COO
Lonnie Wallace is a seasoned leader and motivator with over 40 years of proven success in the transportation industry. As Warren Transport Inc. / Weave Industries’, Chief Operations Officer, he draws on decades of hands-on management responsibility and years in executive roles to expertly build collaborative teams that deliver excellent customer service. Since joining Weave Industries in 2017, Lonnie has proven himself to be an outstanding leader and has put operational controls in place that have positively impacted business results. His trucking career began at an early age where he worked in truck shops washing trucks and working as a mechanic. He then purchased his first truck and became an Owner Operator for the following 10 years where he learned the importance of managing fuel economy and best maintenance practices that lead to improved efficiencies. He later went on to work in corporate trucking. Many years were spent at Jim Palmer Trucking, in a variety of fleet management and recruiting positions where he quickly moved up the ranks to executive roles and became an expert at managing complex trucking operations. Prior to Weave Industries, Lonnie oversaw a fleet of 750 trucks at Decker Truck Line Inc. As COO, he managed contracts for a large customers such as Walmart, Tyson foods, Nestles, Kroger and Safeway & several others. Lonnie is married to Toni, has 2 sons and 4 adorable grandchildren.
