Jim Weaver was founder of Warren Transport and Weave Industries. He was an extraordinary, self-made entrepreneur who led by example with a remarkable work ethic. Growing up in a small farming community in Iowa, he developed a love for operating heavy equipment. He owned his first limestone quarry in his early twenties and branched into the trucking industry in the 1980s. After starting Warren Transport in Laurel, MT with four drivers in 1989, he worked hard to grow Warren Transport and had the vision to diversify business interests into mining, construction, oilfield services, real estate and more. Jim was known for putting ideas into action, having an unstoppable drive, and most importantly, caring about and hiring the right, talented people to carry out his vision. Jim will forever be in our hearts. Every Day. Every Job. Every Time.

Today, Weave Industries employs nearly 200 people and has numerous office locations across three states. Jim’s daughters, Jennifer Kondracki and Jeri Kelley are now the proud owners. They both are seasoned business professionals with over 20 years of management experience and a lifetime of involvement in the business. They are dedicated to carrying forward their father’s vision and to making the right decisions that are in the best interest of the company, its employees and its customers.
