Warren Transport “Rocked” Annual Sugarbeet Campaign

Warren Transport wrapped up a successful 2024-2025 sugar rock campaign in February. Drivers hauled nearly 63,000 tons of limestone to Western Sugar sugarbeet factories in Billings, MT and Lovell, WY, as well as Wyoming Sugar in Worland, WY.

Limestone is used in the production of beet sugar to adjust the pH levels of sugar juice and remove impurities. This process creates a purer, whiter sugar product.
